Browse upcoming park runs, pick one, and RSVP in advance. You agree to the participation waiver with every RSVP, free or paid. Your RunUp participant spot is confirmed immediately if there’s room. Public courts aren't reserved for RunUp, so court availability can change.

Park Runs are currently free, seasonal, and weather-dependent. Dates and locations will be announced as conditions permit. RSVP is required, and public court availability is not guaranteed.

Gym Nights take place at reserved indoor courts, with organized games and limited spots. They’re the paid option; the price is shown before you claim a spot.

Join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the next player can be moved into the game. For a paid game, joining the waitlist doesn't charge you.

Check the run's court status and location before heading out. The organizer can move, delay, or cancel a park run. Booking confirmations and important run updates are sent by email. Text messaging isn't active yet — you can keep your phone number and “OK to text me” choice in your profile for possible future use, but checking it doesn't turn on texts. Follow @runupball on Instagram for general updates, and check the site for the latest run details.

RunUp Sports LLC administers cancellations and RunUp Credit. You can cancel or move your spot from My Account until one hour before the game. Paid spots are non-refundable if you cancel, but you can move a paid spot to a future game instead: moving to a higher-priced game means paying the difference, and moving to a lower-priced game adds the difference to your RunUp Credit. Inside the last hour, your spot stays held; contact the organizer if you need help. If RunUp cancels a session (for example, not enough players), you'll be offered a move to another session or RunUp Credit for what you paid.
